Georgianne Brown
Managing Partner
Georgianne Brown most recently served as President Mainstream eCommerce at BabyUniverse Inc. (Nasdaq: KIDS), a leading new media, content, and ecommerce company targeted to growing families.   At BabyUniverse  Georgianne was responsible for all operational aspects of two of the companies cornerstone brands, BabyUniverse.com and DreamtimeBaby.com.   In addition, Georgianne played an integral role in vision, concept, and development of BabyTV.com, the first Internet television and social network dedicated to parenting.   Georgianne also was a key member of the executive team involved in completing the $276 million merger with eToys Direct, resulting in the creation of the new combined company – The Parent Company.  

Prior to BabyUniverse, Georgianne held several key executive roles at eDiets.com (Nasdaq: Diet), a premier online diet, fitness, and healthy living destination, Certified Vacations Group, exclusive operator of the Delta Vacations and Continental Airlines Vacations brands, and Alamo Rent A Car. 


John Studdard
Managing Partner
John is the former Executive Vice President of New Media and Chief Technology Officer for Baby Universe, Inc. (Nasdaq:KIDS), a leading new media, content, and ecommerce company targeted to growing families. At Baby Universe John was responsible for the development and launch of BabyTV.com, an internet broadcast network dedicated to new and expectant parents. In his role as CTO, John was responsible for technology and ecommerce operations.

Prior to Baby Universe, John served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Lydian Trust, a private financial services company providing internet and private banking, wealth management and outsourced business processing services for high net worth clients and premier financial institutions. In his rols as CIO, John oversaw technology strategy and operations for Lydian's four operating divisions.

John also held key executive roles at Litespeed Technologies, Inc., an Application Service Provider and Digital Software Services, Inc., a software engineering firm where he was responsible for development of branch automation and Internet Banking software products.


CJ Wilson
Managing Partner
CJ represents Florida Equity Partners LLC [interest in] and is a co-founder of Big Couch Media Group.  He founded Global Alliance Ltd, the Asia-based M&A and Investment Advisory firm in 1994, and co-head of international M&A for Asahi Bank in Japan prior.  CJ served as Vice President of Investment Banking for Merrill Lynch Capital Markets in Tokyo and New York, AVP of Investment Banking of JP Morgan in New York and with the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington DC. 

CJ has a Masters Degree from Harvard University School of Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from University of Wisconsin.
