Retailers Leveraging Social Media


Online and multichannel retailers continue to develop new tactical ways to leverage consumers social media channels, as in this recent Toys R Us / Babies R Us Facebook promotion.  Consumers simply "Become a Fan" to receive a $5 off coupon.  End result - brand gets more engaged across their constituents online social media activity.   Congratulations Toys R Us, good work!  http://www.facebook.com/toysrus
